The first record issued on the label Sanctuary was added to my catalog in January 2001, it was "Green Desert", album by Tangerine Dream. Eleven total records by seven bands and performers were released by Sanctuary, including nine studio albums. Two records are marked 4 stars and above. Most notable musical genres for this label are pop, singer/songwriter and folk. If you're looking for some records to start with here, I can recommend Marc Almond's "Stardom Road", Andy Bell's "Electric Blue" and "Cypher" by Michael Andrews. Among other artists with good records there are Belle & Sebastian and William Orbit. Peak of Sanctuary's activity, covered in my catalog, was in the 2000s. You may see some most highly rated records in the cover art carousel right below. Latest studio album released by Sanctuary, "Stardom Road" by Marc Almond, was added to Aulismedia Audio Library more than three years ago. Average rate for a Sanctuary album (Personal Importance Rate, as we call it at Antennaria) is 3.44.
