AulisMedia Audio Library actually started back in early 90s when I used a copybook for tracklistings of some Razormaid compilations and odd cassette records. It's come a long way since then, time demands its sacrifices and the catalog grew into the structure you see here on this site. It may make an impression of a dumb database but it's in fact a well nourished personal collection of music and I DO know and remember pretty much all of it. I update my stuff once a month so feel free to check back if you're up to. For instance, you may check out this Top 20 Records of 2009 page. Also, if you see something that is not entirely correct or just wanna chat about music and things, let me know! I cannot upload music per every request but I'm a talkative guy and would enjoy making friends with someone who is also interested in music. I'm available through that "Contact Us" link up above :)
We'd like to note specifically that this site contains no music files, be it for online listening or download. Also, please do not contact us for download links or ways to purchase music that is represented in this catalog. Main goal of the project is to provide access to the structure of a personal music library. Site runs with complete understanding of copyright laws of all countries involved.
Aulismedia Audio Library contains 130092 tracks in 9296 records by 3704 artists.

The soundtrack to the movie titled 'Me and You and Everyone We Know',

employed by Air for their cinematic dabble on 'The Virgin Suicides'. Recorded
entirely on vintage synths and drum machines, this OST has a friably
charming naivety in its sound that would seem to compliment the tone of the
film. Using brief snatches of dialogue, Andrews allows you to glimpse a human
face amongst the mach ... [View entire review] |

Statistically speaking, Air is still Air. Everything is still in place, synth bells, 70s-like psychedelic fuzzed guitars, vocoded voices, phat analog pads. Yet there’s one thing is missing here, little something called inspiration. Some tracks are brilliant as ever, like “Tropical Disease”, it makes me twist and shout and jump on a chair, but some others are a complete nonsense, like “The Dream Of Yi”. One of the good ones, “Be A Bee”, is a studio version of a track they play on concerts si ... [View entire review] |
